Our partners ADT and Fancort will be exhibiting at this year’s Productonica show in Munich starting November 10.

MarTek, Inc. acquires Electroglas Wafer Prober IP from FormFactor Inc.
Tempe, Arizona - August 17, 2015 MarTek, Inc. a leading provider of automatic wafer probers, today announced it has reached an agreement to settle litigation between MarTek and Form Factor, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM). This settlement includes MarTek and FormFactor entering into an agreement where MarTek acquires all of the Electroglas Wafer Prober Intellectual Property along with all existing third-party license agreements. This acquisition positions MarTek to be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for all Electroglas automatic wafer prober products. As the OEM, MarTek will continue sustaining and engineering support for existing products while developing and integrating new technology that will meet future semiconductor test requirements.

semiconductor tools that handle quartz reticles.
The technology inside is the same CyberOptics particle
sensor technology widely used by equipment OEMs and fabs worldwide that improves yields and tool
uptime. Designed and developed specifically for use with scanners in the semiconductor fabs, the
ReticleSense APSRQ has all of the necessary alignment marks and bar codes for compatibility with ASML,
Nikon and Canon scanners. The APSRQ can be loaded directly into a scanner just like a quartz reticle and
travel the entire reticle path to detect in real-time when and where particles occur.
