as separate modules.
With it’s innovative and flexible housing design, the EasyMark can be adjusted precisely to individual applications. It enables clean removal of potting compound with laser technology instead of the conventional unsafe and hazardous acid process. It allows you to expose wire bonds without damaging other components.
