IS-Test - Workshop - ITWS

ITWS – the European IS-Test Workshop - is one of the most important get-together events for the semiconductor industry in Europe. With a regular number between 60-100 participants, the workshop is a technical conference with a focus on wafer probing, probe cards, and probing technologies to address challenges of the industry and “solve common problems together”.

This year’s ITWS – IS-Test Workshop takes place on September 15-16, 2025 in Munich, Germany at Marriott Airport Hotel Freising. You can book your hotel room at Marriott Airport Hotel Freising for a special rate here.

Price: € 690.-

The participation fee is excl. VAT. It will be charged via invoice to the contact address of the participant. Please note that your registration is only confirmed once the participation fee is paid.

Please note that speakers do not have to pay a participation fee! If there are more than one speakers from one company, only one speaker will be free of charge.

As we did in the past, we want to prepare this ITWS with a keynote presentation as well as paper sessions and a panel discussion. We would be very pleased if you take an active part in our ITWS 2025! We will also have several poster sessions in the hotel foyer during the breaks.

Call for papers is open until June 23, 2025. Please find below documentation, the presentation template and a table of possible contents your presentation should fit in for ITWS 2025.

Papers will be selected by the ITWS Program Committee, consisting of experienced industry professionals with the objective to make ITWS 2025 a workshop event with the vision for progress in the semiconductor test world!
