ITWS – the European IS-Test Workshop - is one of the most important get-together events for the semiconductor industry in Europe. With a regular number between 60-100 participants, the workshop is a technical conference with a focus on wafer probing, probe cards, and probing technologies to address challenges of the industry and “solve common problems together”.

CALL FOR PAPERS – BE A SPEAKER AT ITWS 2026

As we did in the past, we want to prepare this ITWS with a keynote presentation as well as paper sessions and a panel discussion. We would be very pleased if you take an active part in our ITWS 2026! We will also have several poster sessions during the breaks.

Submit your abstract until April 15, 2026.

Papers will be selected by the ITWS Program Committee, consisting of experienced industry professionals with the objective to make ITWS 2026 a workshop event with the vision for progress in the semiconductor test world!
