Fancort Industries - F1-B1
This tool allows adjustment of most dimensions on an SMT form, but the foot will be fixed. This unit is an excellent entry level machine perfect for short to high quality production runs.
There are three standard versions of this system. Custom systems will be quoted as requested.
F-1B/1 a standard tool that can handle parts up to 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" with a body thinkness maximum of .150 above and below the forming lines.
F1B/1/SP a special tool that can handle parts up to 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" with a body thinkness amaximum of .280 above and below the forming lines
F1B/1-4 a large tool that can handle parts up to 4" x 4" with a body thickness maximum of .150 above and below the forming lines.
Shown in an optional 3300 hand press, tool will mount in either a hand press or a 5000L air press

Put gullwing forms on almost any flat package 2 of 4 sided, changing all dimensions.
Adjustable back stop with linear slide holds package cases parallel for accurate registration.
All models process top-brazed, side-exit or bottom-brazed packages with optional parts.
Digital Micrometers" on all tools, which can be switched from inch to metric and zero'd for easy recalibration and/or resetting by the operator.
Easy to change die members for large variations in lead material thickness, hardness, or shape.
Standard tools handle up to 2.5” packages.
Large tools handle up to 4” packages.
For Quads: Tie Bars, and or Tie Bar Corners need to be removed prior to using this model tool.
