4330-IH is a trip-temp gravity handler with large capacity chamber. This is suitable for temperature soaking of Power device such as T0220, DPAK, D2PAK, DIP.

High UPH(8.000pcs) is accompolished through parallel testing on 8 (Max) sites for T0220 and D2PAK packages.
