Fancort designs and builds fixtures and bench-top air presses for pressing compliant pin connectors into circuit boards. The following images illustrate a 78-pin connector application that was accomplished with a fixture and Fancort 5000L press with 1 ton of pressure. Other air and air bench presses are available withy pressure to 5 tons; for applications requiring a load cell and programmable force, speed, dweel time, and more. We have a line of ElectroPresses with pressure to 5000kgf, and a growing line of electric Smart Presses™ that have force control and many other features.

The new ReticleSense Airborne Particle Sensor Quartz (APSRQ) has quartz housing for use in
semiconductor tools that handle quartz reticles.
The technology inside is the same CyberOptics particle
sensor technology widely used by equipment OEMs and fabs worldwide that improves yields and tool
uptime. Designed and developed specifically for use with scanners in the semiconductor fabs, the
ReticleSense APSRQ has all of the necessary alignment marks and bar codes for compatibility with ASML,
Nikon and Canon scanners. The APSRQ can be loaded directly into a scanner just like a quartz reticle and
travel the entire reticle path to detect in real-time when and where particles occur.
