From 1992 until 2022: It's been a wild ride & it gets better and better!
Happy 30th Anniversary to our HTT Probe Card Facility in Dresden!.
Since 1992 the HTT Dresden Probe Cards Facility has been designing, developing & producing high sophisticated Made in Germany Probecards. In the beginning, our team in Dresden started with only 3 Team Members, 2 Probe Card Engineers and our long time CEO of our Dresden facility, Mr. Falk Schöne. In the meantime we have employed 20 Probe Card Engineers who build Cantilever-, Blade Type-, Kerf Microspring-, High Power-, Low and High Temperature-, Low Scrub-, Low Leakage/Ultra Low Leakage-, customised & special Probe Cards, as well as Mini Probers - the smallest Prober in the world.
Additionally, in our European Probe Cards Repair - and Servicecenter in Dresden - our Team provides repairs of all kinds of standard and advanced Probe Cards as well as the advanced Probe Cards from MPI Taiwan.
Our own Probe Card Production is ISO 9001:2015 certified in order to increase efficiency & productivity and meet the demands of todays process quality.
Our Dresden CEO Falk, retired last year after putting so much energy into HTT Dresden for 29 years in total and we are happy that one of our long term employees, Mr. Mike Strech has acceded the role successfully since then to direct HTT Group Dresden into a promising future!

Was sollten Sie mitbringen ?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, alternativ
über eine elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Elektromechaniker
gerne mit Fortbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d)
- Kenntnisse der in der Halbleitertechnik eingesetzten Systeme wie z. B. Wafer Prober, Wafer Handler, Wafer
Kontaminations-/ ESD Messgeräte, Thermostreamer, Klimaschränke und andere wären ideal
- Berufserfahrung im Service/ Außendienst
